Joel Jeske's professional clown career began with his graduation
from the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College class
of 1996. He toured with the blue unit of The Greatest Show on Earth
and the elegant one ring circus, Barnum's Kaleidoscope. Joel had performed internationally and won awards as
a clown and variety performer in England, Germany, Scotland, Canada,
Mexico, and China. In New York, Joel has performed in a number of television,
Off Broadway, and Off-Off Broadway productions. He makes his rounds
in over six New York hospitals as Dr. Ya-dont-say for the Big Apple
Circus Clown Care, and as Prof. Sylvester T. Smartypants for The Big
Apple Circus School Lecture Program. Joel is the founder and member
of the acclaimed new vaudeville troupe The Golden Age produced by
Cagey Production. Joel has also worked extensively with the Physical Comedy Theater Company, Parallel Exit. He latest work was the acclaimed "Cut to the Chase" at 59E59 Theater. |

Juliet
Schaefer Jeske |

Juliet started her performing career at the age of 11
when she wrote her first comedy sketch for a school assembly. She continued to perform until college where she
earned her degree at Columbia College Chicago in acting, directing
and vocal music and graduated with honors. While in Chicago she
ended up working with a number of amazing Theater companies including
the premiere children's theater company Emerald City Theater. She
was even an original cast member of the long running Improv musical
based on "Dr. Seuss's Green Eggs and Ham". She has performed
in a few Off Off Broadway shows such as "Galaxy Video" by
Marc Morales and "Carrot and Stick" by Chris Alonzo and has appeared in the NY International Fringe Festival three times, most recently with her self-penned "Princess Sunshine's Bitter Pill of Truth Funhouse" a dark children's show for adults. Juliet has also studied improv and comedy writing at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and the Annoyance Theatre. She also hosts a monthly variety show for Adults, the "Wham, Slam, Bam Variety Hour" and does the occassional stand up when she gets the chance. She also recently appeared in the "Cut to the Chase" alongside her husband at 59E59 Theater. Juliet and Joel have also appeared on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as Krooze Komics. |
